Settings
Settings is where you shape the CRM to your organization — company details and AI configuration, custom fields, pipeline stages, module and widget visibility, and your own preferences.
Available to Admins and Members; the sections marked Admins only below are hidden from Members.
Finding your way around
Opening Settings docks a panel next to the sidebar listing the sections in three groups:
- Workspace — Organization, Team, User Preferences.
- Data — Custom Fields, Pipeline Stages, Modules, Dashboard Widgets.
- Integrations — Lead Chains, Integrations.
Team is covered in the Team & Access guide, Lead Chains in the Lead Chains guide, and the Integrations section in the Integrations guide.
Organization
The organization's name and logo, plus the AI Configuration that powers Copilot and every AI feature:
-
Logo — upload a square image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP); it's cropped to a centered square, downscaled to 256×256, and shown in the Company header, the topbar breadcrumb, and the org switcher.
-
Default AI Model — pick from the available models; models whose provider API key isn't configured are shown but disabled ("no API key").
-
Embedding Model, Max Tokens per Request, Temperature (0–1), and an Enable RAG checkbox for retrieval-augmented answers.
Click Save Changes to apply.
Custom Fields (Admins only)
Add your own fields to Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities — they appear in the create/edit forms, as toggleable table columns, in lead filter conditions, and as mapping targets in Lead Chains and landing-page forms.
- Pick the record type tab (Contacts / Leads / Opportunities).
- Enter a Field label, choose a Type — Text, Number, Date, Dropdown (with comma-separated options), Checkbox, or URL — and click Add field.
Removing a field hides it everywhere but keeps the stored values, so re-adding it later doesn't lose data.
Pipeline Stages (Admins only)
The stages a deal moves through on the Opportunities board. Each stage has a name, an optional win likelihood % (drives the board's weighted totals and the AI forecast), a kind badge (Open / Won / Lost), and — for open stages — a Rotting after (days) threshold that flags idle deals.
- Reorder with the up/down arrows; rename or edit with the pencil.
- Add a stage creates a new open stage placed just before Won/Lost.
- Deleting a stage moves its deals to the nearest remaining stage. Won and Lost can't be deleted — automations (like project creation on deal won) hook into them.
Modules (Admins only)
Hide entire sidebar modules your org doesn't use (e.g. Drip Campaigns, Landing Pages). Unlike dashboard widgets this is org-wide — it changes every teammate's sidebar. Nothing is deleted; bring a module back any time with the eye button.
Dashboard Widgets
Your personal dashboard workspace: show or hide any widget — the standard blocks or custom ones created by you or Copilot. Choices apply to your dashboard only; teammates keep their own view. Hidden custom widgets stay listed here so you can recover them; the trash icon deletes one permanently. See the Dashboard guide.
User Preferences
Your own account: name, email, and phone; Notification Preferences (email notifications, browser push, marketing emails); and a Security section with Change Password and Two-Factor Authentication buttons. Save All Changes applies everything.
