Calls & Meetings
The Calls and Meetings pages work identically: paste a transcript, link it to a lead, and the AI summarizes it for you — sentiment, key points, decisions, and action items. Use them to keep a searchable record of every conversation.
Available to Admins and Members.
Log a call or meeting
- Click Log Call (or Log Meeting).
- Pick the lead the conversation was with — this is required.
- Optionally add a title. Calls also ask for the direction (Outbound call / Inbound call); meetings ask for attendees (comma-separated).
- Paste the transcript and click Save & Analyze.
The transcript is saved immediately and the AI analysis runs in the background.
The table
Each row shows the Date, Lead, Title, a Sentiment badge (Positive / Neutral / Negative), and the AI Summary — "Analyzing…" until the background analysis finishes. The count line at the top shows how many are logged and how many are analyzed.
The AI analysis drawer
Click a row to open the drawer. Under AI Analysis you'll find:
- Summary — a short recap of the conversation.
- Decisions — what was agreed.
- Action Items — the follow-ups that came out of it.
- Key Points — everything else worth remembering.
Plus the sentiment badge, the last-analyzed timestamp, and the full transcript at the bottom. If the background analysis hasn't finished yet, the drawer says so — reopen it in a moment, or click Re-analyze to run it again on demand (also useful after editing habits change or if a run failed).
Good to know
- Calls and meetings can also be logged by VBRI Group Copilot — ask it to "log a call with <lead>" and paste the transcript in chat.
- Creating a call or meeting can trigger Workflows with the call created / meeting created triggers.
