Dashboard

The Dashboard is your workspace home — key numbers, charts, and custom widgets refreshed every time you open it. Everyone lands here after sign-in.

Available to Admins, Members, and Viewers.

Standard widgets

The dashboard is built from standard blocks, each of which you can show or hide (see Choose which widgets you see):

  • Metric cards — Total Leads, Qualified Leads, Conversion Rate (New → Qualified), and Active Workflows.
  • Lead Trends — 30 days of lead activity.
  • Conversion Funnel — how leads move through the pipeline stages.
  • AI Pipeline Forecast — the opportunity forecast card.
  • Lead Pipeline — the share of leads in each status (NEW, CONTACTED, QUALIFIED, LOST) with progress bars.
  • Recent Leads — the 5 most recently added prospects with their status chips.

Copilot Widgets — build your own

The Copilot Widgets section holds custom metrics built by VBRI Group Copilot. Click New Widget, describe what you want to track ("Leads by source as a pie chart", "List my 5 newest Facebook leads") and click Create Widget — Copilot builds it as a metric, bar chart, pie chart, or list.

  • Hover a widget to reveal two icons: the eye hides it (recoverable from Settings → Dashboard Widgets), the X deletes it permanently.
  • Viewers can see widgets but can't create, hide, or delete them; the section disappears entirely for a Viewer with no widgets to look at.
  • You can also ask Copilot for a widget from the Copilot chat itself.

Choose which widgets you see

Under Settings → Dashboard Widgets you can show or hide every dashboard block — the standard ones and any custom widget, whether you or Copilot made it. Choices apply to your dashboard only; teammates keep their own view. Hidden widgets stay listed there so you can bring them back without rebuilding; Delete (trash icon) removes a custom widget permanently.

Getting-started checklist

New organizations see a Getting started card at the top of the dashboard — a personalized activation checklist ("A few quick steps and your CRM runs itself") with a progress bar. Steps are detected live from what you've actually done, ordered by your onboarding answers, and each open step links straight to the right screen. When everything is done you get a one-time celebration, then a compact "Setup complete" state. The X dismisses the card for good (per user). Admins and Members only — Viewers never see it.

The dashboard tour

Right after onboarding, a one-time spotlight tour walks you through the key areas — metrics, Lead Trends, Conversion Funnel, AI widgets, and the pipeline breakdown — with Back / Next / Done buttons and a step counter. Skip it with the X; once completed or skipped it never comes back on that browser. Steps whose widget you've hidden are skipped automatically.
